Welcome to Harvest 21. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harvest 21 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Harvest 21 (“Harvest 21,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of Harvest 21

Harvest 21 is a faith-based nonprofit platform designed to encourage and facilitate financial support, prayer, and engagement for individuals and organizations dedicated to sharing the gospel. Harvest 21 does not replace churches, mission agencies, or other sending organizations, but exists to support and complement their work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Harvest 21, you represent and warrant that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

Some features of the Platform require account registration.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Harvest 21 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Donations and Payments

Harvest 21 facilitates donations to missionaries and ministry partners.

  • Donations made through the Platform are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Harvest 21 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

  • Donation processing is handled through third-party payment processors.

  • Harvest 21 does not guarantee tax deductibility of any donation; donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors.

Harvest 21 may temporarily hold funds for processing and administrative purposes before distributing them to the designated recipient.

5. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Harvest 21 and users, missionaries, churches, or mission agencies.

Harvest 21 does not supervise, direct, or control the activities of missionaries or organizations listed on the Platform.

6. User Content

Users may submit content such as biographies, updates, prayer requests, photos, or other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Harvest 21 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for purposes related to operating and promoting the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform

  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

  • Use the Platform in a way that damages Harvest 21’s mission or reputation

Harvest 21 reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, text, graphics, software, and design elements, is owned by Harvest 21 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. Harvest 21 does not control or endorse these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Harvest 21 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Platform availability or accuracy

  • Financial outcomes or ministry success

  • Suitability of missionaries or organizations

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest 21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or ministry opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harvest 21, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Harvest 21 may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if termination is in the best interest of the Platform or its mission.

14. Changes to These Terms

Harvest 21 may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
