Statement of Faith

The Scriptures
We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

The Triune God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who are co-eternal, co-equal, and distinct yet united in purpose. (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension, and future return in power and glory. (John 1:1-14; Philippians 2:5-11; Acts 1:9-11)

The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, regenerates, sanctifies, indwells, empowers, and seals all believers. We reject Charismatic and Pentecostal views of extra-biblical revelation, tongues, and healing. (John 16:7-11; Ephesians 1:13-14; Romans 8:9)

Humanity
We believe humans were created in God's image but fell into sin through Adam’s disobedience, resulting in physical and spiritual death. All are sinners by nature and choice, incapable of self-redemption. (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:1-3)

Salvation
We believe salvation is the free gift of God, offered by His grace and received through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not of works, but based solely on Christ's finished work on the cross and resurrection. (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; John 14:6)

The Church
We believe in the universal church, composed of all believers, and the local church, an assembly of baptized believers united for worship, service, and gospel proclamation. Church leadership is entrusted to spiritually qualified men. (1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Matthew 28:19-20; Hebrews 10:25)

The Great Commission
We believe all Christians are called to share the gospel and make disciples of all nations in obedience to Christ’s command. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:13-15)

The Second Coming
We believe in the personal, visible, and imminent return of Jesus Christ to establish His kingdom. This hope motivates holy living, faithful service, and evangelism. (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Titus 2:13)

Eternity
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved to eternal life and the unsaved to eternal judgment. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence. (John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15; Matthew 25:46)
